This is the latest iPod touch and works flawlessly! Please note that the top left hand corner of the glass is cracked, and there is also a crack at the bottom right hand corner. BUT the touch screen works perfectly well and the cracks are not actually on the touch part. There is a screen protector over the screen. Comes with a black flip case and also the USB cable.
