This is a working iPod Touch 3rd generation (mid 2009) with 64gb of memory. It has fine scratches on rear metal from normal usage, but not on screen. Works perfectly. It has done great service for me. There is no original box. It comes with a usb cable for charging/syncing, and the standard Apple earphones with inline remote control.
